This document can act as your first and immediate steps to “come in from the sea”.
There are several versions of this Declaration form depending on your current status. What you’re doing with this document is “declaring your status as an American” as Anna von Reitz has covered in the Jural Assembly Handbook.

“…to establish ownership of our Good Names (also known as Trade Names “John Quincy Public” capitalized, and Given Names “john quincy public” as all lower case) and Estates which must be unencumbered and untangled from the morass of false presumptions, conferred political statuses, and false claims that have been amassed against our true identities. Therefore it is prudent and wise for each candidate Juror to formally seize upon, acknowledge, accept, and re-convey their Trade Name… and to declare and record its permanent domicile on the land and soil of their home or birth State.” (clarified, Jural Assembly Handbook, Anna von Reitz, section 4, item 5) Section 4 TTS
“The Federation of States, The United States of America [Unincorporated], has summoned the People of each State to Assemble. To act in this birthright capacity, it is necessary for each one of you to correct your political status records which have you identified as Dual Citizens of the Municipal United States (Citizens of the United States) and Territorial United States (United States Citizens) instead of being listed as American State Citizens.” (Jural Assembly Handbook, Anna von Reitz, section 56, Section 56 TTS)
What this document accomplishes:
“…to establish ownership of our Good Names and Estates…” you’ll be making a formal declaration of several key points, under “penalty of perjury” I might add. Read the document you’ll be signing understanding the following short explanations:
- That you are the owner and operator of “your property”
- That you are an American born in a state that you specify (or naturalized immigrant)
- That you reject and remove all Powers of Attorney prior to this statement
- That you reject, renounce, and remove any and all foreign allegiances
- You refute ever knowingly or willingly pledging yourself to any corporate entity
- You refute pledging to any foreign sovereign, or separating from your birthright
- You claim and state the current location of your home
- You claim your right as a Lawful inheritor of Lawful Government in public record
And once stated, attested, and witnessed, entered to the public record.

The Guide:
1. List the state in which you were born, capitalized (Nevada, Texas, etc…)
2. List the County in which you currently live, capitalized (Stark, Massapequa, etc…)
3. List the State in which you currently live, capitalized (Alabama, Georgia, etc…)
4. List the State whose Assembly you are joining, which should match the state where you live.1
5. Instructions for the signature line, read: “…your Full Name printed” (capitalized as your Trade Name – confirm)2
6. Change this State specification to the State Assembly you are joining.
Notes:
1 There are provisions for joining the Assembly of a state where you are currently living though you make your permanent home in another state.
2 Precisely the reason for this site. The style and specifics of “how you sign what you sign” need to be specific for they have lawful application and sometimes legal consequences, yet are very often, as in this case, unspecified. For now, your recorder is trained to know how you need sign each document (which needs happen in their presence). Hopefully, WtPUnInc is where all the answers eventually land.
