That’s when I started to look into “who has the right to tell me what to do”… or since I’ve learned better, “who has the right to administer my property”? The answer: “only those to whom you have granted express (and written) permission”; a rather thin field and government is not likely among them.
The following reasoning, list of lawful citings, and downloadable “notice” was constructed and written based on law as it exists upon Arizona. I live here in Arizona, therefore I did the work for the state on which I make my home. I suggest if you like the idea and would like to make such a tool useful for yourself on your home state, that you join our We the People, Unincorporated community on one of the social media platforms listed on our [ABOUT] page and ask for an invite to the website. As you look up the lawful citings for your state, you can make a list and publish it for those on your state that will follow you; they’ll love you for it.

My Arizona Trespasses post might not be for your state, but it’s a great hint into what types of state code you’re going to be searching for! An existing and searchable list of “keywords” would have saved me a ton of time and work… you’re welcome.

Bear in mind that some of the “status and standing” in the language of the notice as it is published is meant for those that have corrected their political status according to 8 USC §1101, specifically sections (a)(21): “State National”. That status once declared puts distance between you and those who could easily (and tend to often) use the status of “US Citizen” to railroad you to a pre-determined and not enviable outcome. That said, you can use such a notice on either side of the status fence, but you’ll need to change the language because claiming a status you don’t hold can open a can of trouble.
You can download an editable .odt (Open Office Document) below that will give you a head start on document format and Federal Trespasses. You’ll want to replace text in RED with your own personal updates and citings of similar law for your home state. (updated 210810)
Of course you can adapt such a document to suit similar situations that trespass your rights such as “someone suggesting that you undergo medical treatments” as a means to keep your job; highly illegal and blatant discrimination. The format would be similar as would the opening statement. Many of the lawful citings would also apply.
When you gather a group of employees together and each presents such a notice to the employer, they begin to get the message that a business that once was theirs, may very soon become employee-owned if they don’t come to their senses and stop telling people what to do with their own bodies.
When you get around to discussing your “kids at school”, it’s the very same argument with one caveat, and this may take a moment to digest: “your kids are your property”. Not likely to sit well with your teenagers, but lawfully, that’s the fact of the matter. You and your wife or husband are “one flesh”, a functioning partnership, and your partnership produced a child or children. Lawful principal: You have the right to own and control what you create. You also created your marriage, so you can take the same stance if your husband or wife is the victim of “unlawful imprisonment” (ARS 13-1303).
“I require you return my property.”
Yes, it sounds odd… but that’s the lawful truth of the matter. Just go easy on the “property” angle at home until you have a chance to fully explain your reasoning; it won’t likely land well with a spouse otherwise!
